NG Difficulties - Human receives the max PTS while Nephilim is subtracted by 200

NG+ Difficulties - MUST DIE receives 400 PTS extra. Human and HoH are filler PTS

NG+ NMG in Definitive Edition is only avaliable at Human as many would prefer run Any% instead. This is the same reason why NG+ Any% isn't avaliable for Vanilla Vergil Downfall
