====== NG Nero / Dante Mission 7 ====== M7 Turbo OFF Target LRT - sub 2:10 M7 Turbo ON Target LRT - sub 2:50 **Mission 7** is one of the hardest inertia skip missions. This mission has lots of precise inertia movement with [[dmc4:skips:forest|M7 Forest Skip]] being a big run killer. Depending on the skip you are doing, here's what to look out for:\\ * Turbo OFF - Start the mission like this if you are on 120 FPS. You need to have turbo OFF to perform [[youtube>embed/riqEl6KeOyw?autoplay=0&wmode=transparent&start=0|this version of the skip]]. * Turbo ON - This route is generally for 60 FPS. You will perform this [[youtube>embed/vd5quq_wKg4?autoplay=0&wmode=transparent&start=0|this version of the skip]], but it'll be over the platforming section with [[dmc4:enemy#Mephisto|Mephistos]]. Before you start, you should have Calibur and Air Hike now since they are absolutely required for the skips. With an optimal no damage route, you should be able to skip a menu here. Aim to no damage this mission.\\ \\ If you are doing this mission with Turbo OFF, turn Turbo ON before starting [[dmc4:chapters:ng_nero_dante:m8|Mission 8]]. ===== Mission 7 (Turbo OFF) ===== * This version of the mission performs the 120 FPS exclusive [[dmc4:skips:forest|M7 Forest Skip]] with Turbo OFF. * Be sure to grab the Holy Water on the cliffs. You can attempt [[dmc4:tricks:reversal|Reversals here]] (hard). * For the **Ruined Church** cycle, shoot the further away [[dmc4:enemy#Chimera|Chimera Scarecrow]] with a CS3 and DT → Aerial Buster the rest of the enemies. Depending on the Snatch level you have, you may have to do a different approach. If you [[dmc4:tricks:cancel|DT Cancel]] during a Snatch, you will not get the DT transform animation. * [[dmc4:skips:forest|M7 Forest Skip]] is a big run killer skip, with precise inertia movement. You will lose at least 30 seconds from each fall. Learn the classic CS version before considering Calibur version of the skip. * On the Divinity Statue, it is recommended for newer players to buy some purple orbs {{:wiki:dmc3purple.png?nolink&20|}} to get a more consistent cycle on [[dmc4:bosses:echidna|Echidna]]. I recommend buying 2 purples instead of 3 so you can get a DT refill in [[dmc4:chapters:ng_nero_dante:m8|Mission 8]]. Be careful when CS3'ing at the beginning as you need to quickly get to her to stun her before she flies away.
