====== NG Nero / Dante Mission 20 ====== Target LRT - sub 1:10 Final mission of the run. One of the easier missions of the run but has plenty of things to mess up though. There are many varied cycles for [[dmc4:bosses:sanctus_diabolica]] but overall, it is a straightforward fight.\\ Before you start, buy a Holy Water and a Small or Large Devil Star. These items are required for a smooth cycle of [[dmc4:bosses:sanctus_diabolica]] and the Holy Water is great for instantly breaking his shield. ===== Sanctus Diabolica ===== * At the start of the fight, immediately Taunt for some DT and Roulette Spin his shield to break it. * Right after breaking the shield, shoot Blue Rose to stop [[dmc4:bosses:sanctus_diabolica]] from moving, Buster him when he's blocking, DT and proceed to attack him. This will always set up your first cycle of damage. * Use Holy Water at the same time with Devil Star to save menu time and be in air when using Holy Water to skip the animation. * When using Holy Water, make sure to give [[dmc4:bosses:sanctus_diabolica]] some time after the 1st cycle. If you use a Holy Water during the teleport, [[dmc4:bosses:sanctus_diabolica]] won't get staggered and will proceed to attack you like nothing happened. * If [[dmc4:bosses:sanctus_diabolica]] starts charging up his Sparda Stinger, you need to either time a Buster on the attack or wait for him to finish it and hit him. * The Safe 2 Buster cycle - Most straightforward cycle. Break the shield, DT, Snatch and Showdown to Buster. The second cycle will be exactly the same. * The Good 1 Buster cycle - A slightly harder cycle. Perform 4 Roulette Spin and some Aerial Combos for 1st cycle. After the Holy Water, perform Roulette Spins until he is below 2 bars of HP, Buster and he should be dead. Missing any Roulette Spin might require for you to do a 2nd Buster. * The Optimal 0 Buster cycle - A recipe for disaster since almost perfect damage is required. Only Roulette Spins basically with a CS3 mixed in there too. The first cycle has 4 DT Roulette Spin and 1 normal Roulette Spin.
