====== Doppelganger ====== **Doppelganger** is encountered as the level boss of Mission 17. This fight is completely scripted where both characters can do the exact same thing.\\ \\ This boss in Mission 18 is optional. ===== Strategy ===== > [[dmc3:vergil|Vergil]] can speed this up by significant amount with PS and [[dmc3:dante|Dante]] has to build Rage-meter with Jump Guard before helm breaker the blinds. * Move clockwise and open 5 blinds with Doppelganger in front of it. * Stinger, Helm Breaker as he's behind you and JC x4 with Beo. * 1.5 Rage-meter is enough to kill Doppel but, 2.0 is faster. * When all 5 blinds are open, DTE, Release and JC with Beo. * [[dmc3:vergil|Vergil]] doesn't need to DTE since his normal DT with StarFall and PS is significantly stronger than [[dmc3:dante|Dante's]] Killer Bee. ==== MUST DIE ==== * The usual except you cannot open all blinds. * To activate blinds, Stinger into it once and hit it two times, then jump as he's behind you, Helm Breaker, and Stinger it * Remember to JC 3-4 times max to have enough time to get to the next blind. ===== Video Demonstration =====
