====== NG Dante Mission 2 ======

After [[dmc2:chapters:ng_dante:m1|Mission 1]], there 3 possible scenarios before the Reb Lv2 upgrade:
* **10,000+** {{:wiki:dmc1redorb.png?nolink&25|}} - Very healthy route
* **5,000+** {{:wiki:dmc1redorb.png?nolink&25|}} - Affordable route but, might require high ranks in later missions such as [[dmc2:chapters:ng_dante:m8|Mission 8]]
* **4,000-** {{:wiki:dmc1redorb.png?nolink&25|}} - Not a good scenario. You will have to forget about the [[dmc2:formulas#bonuses|Orb manip]] and focus on getting {{:wiki:srank.png?nolink&25|}} rank from [[dmc2:chapters:ng_dante:m7|Mission 7]] [[dmc2:chapters:ng_dante:m8|Mission 8]]. Getting {{:wiki:arank.png?nolink&25|}} Rank from [[dmc2:chapters:ng_dante:m11|Mission 11]] to [[dmc2:chapters:ng_dante:m13|Mission 13]] can be a necessity.
You can get {{:wiki:arank.png?nolink&25|}} Rank at the end of this mission if you have Reb Lv2 and no damage or if you grab 2 hidden **1,000** {{:wiki:dmc1redorb.png?nolink&25|}} at the Aerial Heart Chamber. This costs 10s but, very good if your current {{:wiki:dmc1redorb.png?nolink&25|}} count is **4,000-**
===== General Notes =====
* Each man-face wall breaks in 6 hits so, do Lotus Slash combo with High Time cancel for the final hit.
* Bait the [[dmc2:enemy#flamebat|flame bats]], So you can earn some style point
* Getting an optimal sphere on a [[dmc2:enemy#mancers|Mancers]] wave is tough, sometimes [[dmc2:chapters:dante_info|Dante]] stays in the same spot, enabling you to spam the combo for faster activation.
* You might earn free style point if you accidentally dodge their flamethrower attack
* On the mandatory room fight Aerial Heart, Reb Lv2 has advantage of building faster style meter due to electro heart property of hitbox extension
